Intro to Tempest

Today, I’m introducing Tempest, a stand-alone story set in the same world as The Twelfth Heir…and maybe with a few overlapping characters 😉 Here’s the analytics:

Short Blurb:

A flooding village…a nobles’ son terrified of water…and a path to finding courage…

The dam protecting the small, seaside village of Mecini is leaking. Delmar, son of the governing noble, has drawn up plans for the repairs, but they have no way to acquire the funds needed.

When a knight of the king arrives, offering them their needed hearing, Delmar agrees to go, thinking he can help repair the dam while also avoiding the flooding himself.

But throughout the journey, Delmar is forced to face his fear of water in ways he didn’t expect, until in the end, he may find that overcoming his fear might be the only way to save his village after all…
