You know how writers can often get overwhelmed? From a first time writer not sure what the right next step is, to an author with so many loyal fans that giving them the time of day leaves no time left for writing that next sequel, to anyone in between. That's why I run a business which offers editing for novels and editing/writing for social media and blog posts, website descriptions, and newsletters to take a load off of author’s plates.

Copy Editing
If you choose copy editing, I will focus mainly on fixing grammatical issues, such as run-on sentences, homophone mistakes, etc. I also include proofreading in this category (fixing typos).

Content Editing
For content editing, or developmental editing, I will go through your whole manuscript or piece of writing, leaving comments "in real time" on how to improve your writing.

Editorial Assessment
In an Editorial Assessment*, I will read through your entire manuscript and then type up a separate document giving my overall feedback - what worked and what didn't, what overall problems I saw, and what bigger pieces might need to be changed.

Writing
This service is basically "ghostwriting". You give me an outline and/or topic, and I will write up a post, web description, or newsletter based on what you gave me.
~ I discuss timing with you before beginning a project to work out a deadline that works for me and you so you can get the quality you want at the time you need.
~ I am available for daily communication by email, so if you have a question, you won’t have to wait days.
