One of the most profound decisions of I.M.J. Wood’s life was staying up late one night playing LEGOs at a sleepover. The plot of this simple game later became her first completed novel, which launched her love of characters with complicated backstories. Her stories contain relatable characters, their choice between good and evil, and the reality of truth and hope. When she’s not writing, I.M.J. can be found volunteering for non-profit ministries, enjoying a good book with hot cocoa (never coffee), and spending time with the people who always (suspiciously) seem to find some way into her stories.
